Who We Are
Indian Trails Refuge is a small refuge specializing in the Siberian Husky and Akita. . We have always had a love for Siberian Husky's and Akitas, when we built our house in Indian Trails we had enough space to open our home to a few special rescue dogs at a time. It is only myself and my children who work with and care for the animals daily. We only accept people friendly dogs with stable temperaments.
Adopting a friend
The procedure for adopting one of our animals is very basic and simple. We require personal references and vet references when available. Any dog that has special needs or is not suitable for small children will be marked on the petfinder adoption pages. Once everything is approved, you can come out and see the animals we have for adoption, if one fits what you are looking for you can take your new pet home right then. All of our animals are spayed/neutered, current on all shots, heartworm tested and treated if necessary and on heartworm preventative.
